Auth web3 tea protocol

Help me to login, i never set 2FA for tea protocol, but now i open then Your web3 ask me for verified

Hello Muhammad,

Thanks for reaching out to the Web3Auth community. It seems you’re facing an issue with the Tea Protocol where you’re being prompted for verification, which you haven’t set up previously.

Based on your description and the shared image, it seems like a 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) prompt is appearing unexpectedly. Since you are using the “Plug n Play” SDK, let’s figure this out together:

  1. SDK Version: Could you please confirm the exact version of the Web3Auth SDK you’re using? This would help us pinpoint if there might be any version-specific issues.

  2. Verification Prompt: You mentioned that you hadn’t set 2FA for the Tea Protocol previously. Could you provide more details on whether the verification request is for an email, phone number, or any other method?

  3. Login Code Snippet: Sharing your Web3Auth initialization and login code snippets can be really helpful in diagnosing the issue.

Since your issue seems to involve verification, checking the verifier configuration you set up in your Web3Auth account or integration might resolve this. You can explore our documentation on authentication and setup here: Web3Auth Authentication.

If you have any further questions or need more guidance, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

Hey,

Can you please click on the Recovery Phrase option? You’ll find details on where the recovery phrase was originally sent. Try searching your email inbox for the subject “Your Web3Auth backup phrase”.

If you’re unable to find the email, unfortunately, as a non-custodial solution provider, we do not store or reset MFA credentials. Alternatively, you can try restoring access by other methods available. If that is not available or misplaced, there is no way to recover the account without them. Let us know if you have any other questions.
