I have just spent over an hour trying to debug this, updated to the latest version of web3auth_flutter as there was a version posted 8 hours ago.

All systems status says OK but checking here seems to confirm a W3A platform issue.

flutter: An error occurred: PlatformException(LoginFailedException, Web3Auth login flow failed, Unknown error, null)

We’re having the same issue, we’re using the Web3Auth Unity SDK and it’s not working for any of the platforms, including the editor. It looks like we’re not getting the query parameters in the url callback. That’s as far as I could debug. The rest is in your hands I assume.

Our team are looking into the issue on priority and we will get back with further updates.

Thanks for your patience everyone.

Our team mentioned that issue is now resolved. Please check.

I still got same error

Hey, sorry for inconvenience. We are updating our testnet and staging environment, meanwhile please use the production environment if you are still facing the issue.

Hi, we’re facing the similiar issue.
We got this error as attached.

You suggested using production, but for us, we need to do test first and cannot conduct test on production env.
When can we expect this issue to be fixed on testnet and staging environment?

Hi bro, working ok now. Thank team

Also, pls upgrade to the latest version on swift and flutter sdks

Is testnet still being updated? I think it worked for us for a while, now it’s not working again.

(Sorry to bother you guys with this but our testing and production environments of our apps were tied to testnet and mainnet Web3Auth. It’s hard to change configurations because multiple apps, websites, databases, backends are tied to this kind of configuration. We have a launch deadline for the day, and now we have to test everything on production, because testing doesn’t work.)

pls upgrade to the latest version and your testing env will be fixed.
