Failure with send_mail for backup share

One of our developers had an issue when generating the backup share and sending it to his email in our development environment. He captured the error in the screenshots below.

It’s clear that the payload is mentioning a language: "pt" but W3A’s backend validation does not accept it.

This is a catastrophic error since it sets-up the MFA for the user that never actually manage to see the created share. Therefore, the user won’t have access to his account never again.

This happened after we updated to version 7.0.4.

Could you please share your complete implmentation code?

You can refer to Users being prompted to use verification factors, even though they never switched 2FA on - #4 by pedro. There we already pasted our implementation settings.

Thanks for reporting this. I was able to recreate it on my side. I have created an issue on GitHub here and reported it to the product team.
