What's going to happen when threshold for new wallet creation is exceeded

What's the maximum performance in terms of requests per second that the api offers?

However, if the limit is reached (e.g. cyan network), how is the 81st wallet creation request handled on your side? Will the request be rejected as an error or just delay the wallet creation process?
