2fa authentication problem
I’m trying to log in back but I can’t because of 2fa authentication is there any I will be helped because I lost the back up phrase

Unfortunately, if you lose the backup phrase, there is no way to recover it. Being a non-custodial wallet, our company does not hold a copy of the phrase of its customers, moreover there is no server where this information is stored. The only alternative, is to create a new account using a different email on the link you shared. Going forward, ensure you save the backup phrase in a safe place and opt-in to have the phrase sent to your recovery email address when setting up 2FA.
