If Ledger users add their Ledger wallets to Phantom or Solflare, they cant connect when attempting to connect via these external wallets using web3auth. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a native solution for connecting through external wallets via hard wallet wallets.
You can close this thread. Phantom/Solflare already responded and told me that Ledger will soon solve this issue.
No, there is no timeframe when this problem (Offline SignMessage) will be solved on Solana. Adding native support for Ledger/Trezor is still a good request and should be done by the web3auth team!
