We logged in via Google Sign-in with our dev@otherworld.network account yesterday and created an organization called “Otherworld” and paid for the Growth model.
However, when we logged in again today with the same account, we were prompted to create an organization as if it was the first time we logged in, and although we created a new organization, the “Otherworld” organization we set up yesterday was not visible or accessible.
We’re not getting access to our organization, even though we’ve paid.
We need to act quickly because we need to access and set up our organization as soon as possible. If not, please let me know how I can get a refund.
