Binance Network Contract Address not recognised

Hey all,

I’ve been trying to get my JumpToken balance to show in my wallet, but no matter what I try I am unsuccessful.
The contract address I am trying to use is 0x88D7e9B65dC24Cf54f5eDEF929225FC3E1580C25 for the binance chain, I tried it on the test chain as well, both say that the address is invalid. I doublechecked it multiple times with several websites. My tokens are definitly on the binance chain as I can see the transaction happened there in my account activity.

TIA!

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out and sharing your issue.

Here’s a summary of the details for the support team:

  • SDK Details: Plug n Play
  • Issue: Binance Network Contract Address not recognised
  • Contract Address: 0x88D7e9B65dC24Cf54f5eDEF929225FC3E1580C25

It seems like you’re having trouble getting your JumpToken balance to display in your wallet. Since the contract address seems valid based on your checks, I recommend double-checking the following:

  1. Ensure you’re connecting to the correct Binance network (Mainnet or Testnet).
  2. Look into your wallet settings to see if there is an option to manually add tokens using the contract address.
