I am currently on the growth plan and unable to use 2 out of my 4 seats. I am the billing account and previous posts had recommended to ensure my personal account (not the team one) on the base plan vs growth so it is not taking up any seats. I have already confirmed that is the case. Any additional assistance would be appreciated!

Pls check if you have any pending invites. They count under seats.
you can always cancel a pending invitation and invite others

@kyle Our team are in the process of updating the Dashboard to highlight the pending invites. Currently, there are 2 pending invites which you will be able to cancel once they show up on the dashboard. We will get back with further updates.
