Cannot access dashboard

Hello,

I have another gmail from the account that I’m using for this post.
With the Google account, I’m unable to login your dashboard at https://dashboard.web3auth.io .

I don’t think I have received the Recovery Factor, and I’ve lost an access from other Device(S) as my laptop crashed.

I’m not sure if this is related, but the account is very old one from 2019 or so. I still can login Torus or Heroes of Mavia game which don’t require 2FA, and I’ve backed up my private key with the address, but can’t login https://dashboard.web3auth.io or https://app.openlogin.com/v4/ .

It would be great if your team can help in any way.
I would like to send my gmail in DM, not here in public if needed.
