Can't use 2 seats with Growth plan

Hi,
In my dashboard I can only use ONE seat whereas I subscribed for the Growth plan which allows TWO seats.

  • I created a Dashboard with email1 (owner)
  • I created a team and added a billing user with email2 (billing)
  • email2 subscribed to a Growth plan using a Credit Card

But when I’m logged in with email1 and I choose my team > Plans & subscription, the interface asks me to choose a pricing plan.
Only email2 user seems to be under the Growth plan. The owner of the team should also have use seat and be under the Growth plan.

Can you help, this is urgent. Many thanks!

Investigating. I believe that the user you invited subscribed to the plan on their personal workspace instead of the team workspace. Understandably this has caused a lot of confusion and so we are pushing out a UX fix to resolve this. For now could you give me the name of the team so I could resolve the issue?

Hello Naveed, thanks for your reply. The name of the team is FormulaE.
If I remember well, on the team workspace, the billing user was not able to see the ‘billing’ entry in the left navigation.

Hey there. Could you ask your billing member to

  1. Go to his dashboard billing page (the page with all the pricing cards)
  2. Click on base plan (this is to downgrade his plan from growth to base) (he should be on his personal workspace and not in a team workspace)
  3. Send the email to us

We will issue a refund to him with the receipt.

Then he can go to the FormulaE workspace on dashboard and subscribe to the plan within that workspace.

Hi there. Sorry for the late reply as I might have missed the notification.

Have you sent the email yet? Please mention what your team is and the email of the member that needs to be downgraded. According to our records it seems that the team member is still on the Growth plan

And yes, billing account counts as one seat.

we have sent the email to get the refund and we downgraded the billing account to Base plan.
Then we subscribed to Growth plan from the workspace team (which billing account is a member of), and it seemd to work.
Can you confirm ? Thanks !

Hi there, I’ve confirmed the refund and it should be credited back in a few days. And also downgraded the plan of the affected user.
