Could not get results from torus nodes. Unable to resolve enough promises

My app was running stable, but today all new users started getting the error from the topic title
I need to fix this urgently

Hey @kostumysportivnye,
Welcome aboard. Can you please share some more information which would help us pinpoint the root cause of this error? Like the code snippet and the versions of the web3auth packages?

Versions of all packages were 7.2.0
Only European and Middle East users were getting errors
Users could not authorize again. The problem peaked on December 30

I understand, @kostumysportivnye. In order to understand the problem, I would require the console logs displayed when you get this error. Thanks for your patience.

@maharshi
Any updates on my question?
It is maximally important to me to have a stable application by the next event. It is very frustrating to see a lost of user in logging every 5-10 seconds
If any additional information is needed, I will provide it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, @kostumysportivnye. Are you still facing the issue? Can you please share where are the affected users located?

@maharshi
No, the problem came with a large influx of traffic on December 30th
It was European and Middle East users.
When I switched my VPN from Europe to the USA and some other country I tried, the problem disappeared.

Here’s what the user’s authorization screen looked like at the time
I want to understand if you have fixed this issue so that it doesn’t happen again and I would like to discuss a couple of issues with a developer who is involved with the react no-modal library.

Hello @kostumysportivnye, we apologize for the recent server issues and appreciate your patience. These have been resolved, and we’re confident you won’t face this problem again. If it does happen, please create a new thread for quick escalation to our infrastructure team.

For your questions about the React no-modal library, feel free to discuss them on the community. For detailed attention, starting a new thread is recommended.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

@maharshi Got it, thank you very much
