Custom Verifier - “failed to create the verifier in the db”

After creating Google Verifier, the error “failed to create the verifier in the db” appears when creating additional Google Verifier.
The same error occurs when I issued a new Google client id and create Google Verifier.

Could you hard refresh the dashboard page and try again? Also, can you share the screenshot?

I’ve tried a hard refresh, logged out and logged in again, but I still get this error.

I can now create a new verifier with a different name(CHAINWITH_GOOGLE)! Thx!

But there’s still one more problem here.
Currently, you have created a verifier with testnet, but when you try to create it with mainnet, if you create a verifier on testnet first, as shown below, I get the error ‘This verifier identifier has already been taken. Please try again’.
