Domain name that is ban in your system

Hi I am working with a use company and we are using web3auth for wallet solution, but some of the email of the company cannot use your solution can you accept this domain name : @bcgdv.com
Their email doesn’t work and it should be working. They are part of the company so your system should allow them in.

Hi @alexandre! This for logging in with email right? We accept any domain for emails. Can you kindly check if your servers are not rejecting our email request? @tor.us this is the domain we used for our emails

Just checked the log those person can recieve the email, but some of them recieve nothing litteraly no email ? Do you know that reason ?

Are you using testnet right now? There are times when emails are not sending due to rate limiting. But this won’t happen on prod. Did they check their spam directory? just in case…

The whole system run on the testnet for internal reason, do you think that we can remove this limit please ?
Yes those person have checked their spam and sometime the email doesn’t go through.
