The error message was below.
Error: could not validate redirect, please whitelist your domain: XXXOUR_SERVICE_DOMAINXXX for provided clientId XXXOUR_CLIENT_IDXXX at https://dashboard.web3auth.io.
Also, this project is on sapphire_mainnet network. Please ensure the the used Client ID belongs to this network.

XXXOUR_SERVICE_DOMAINXXX is correct and I could see that they have been set in our whitelist.

That is the reason why I contact here. Please advice me or fix this.

Hi Mintice-dev,

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you’re encountering a domain validation issue with Web3Auth integration.

Here’s a summary of the details provided:

  • SDK Details: Plug n Play
  • Issue Faced: Error - “could not validate redirect, please whitelist your domain: XXX”
  • Plan: Scale
  • Time of Occurrence: 9/14 2024 about 4pm JST (3pm SGT)
  • Network: sapphire_mainnet

Could you please share additional information to help us resolve this:

  1. Web3Auth Initialisation & Login Code Snippets: A snippet where you initialize Web3Auth and the login sequence might help.
  2. Browser Console Screenshots: If you have any screenshots of the browser console when the error occurs, that would be helpful.
  3. Verifier Name and Method of Login: (if applicable) If you are using custom authentication.

Steps you can take in the meantime:

  1. Re-verify your domain: Ensure that the domain XXXOUR_SERVICE_DOMAINXXX is correctly whitelisted in your Web3Auth dashboard with the Client ID XXXOUR_CLIENT_IDXXX under the sapphire_mainnet network.
  2. Network Verification: Confirm that the Client ID belongs to the sapphire_mainnet network under your project settings.

This issue seems to have been resolved on the Web3Auth side, hasn’t it?
