Could you mention which SDK & version you are using? Is this happening in Production environment? Whicn network are you using Mainnet, testnet, Saphhire, etc. ? Please also share your implementation code. In the meantime, I will flag this to our Dev team.
we have certain rate limits for creation of new accounts from a single ip. i guess you seem to be crossing those limits. Since, you’re on enterprise support. pls dm us in your slack group and we can adjust these limits for you
