How to cancel subscription or downgrad the plan?

I have sent and email request to downgrade the plan. No response. Is this project active and legit?

You’ll need to send an email to billing@tor.us with your request and the registered dashboard account that you want to downgrade.

Please give us 5-10 business days to process the request. You would receive an email once the process has been approved.
