How to manage old users?

Hello everyone,
we are considering implementing web3auth in our project.
We have seen the plug&play solution that might be congenial.

Being a fairly large project, and in operation for almost 2 years, we are trying to figure out how we can manage the old user base.

We currently have firebase authentication, users register in the classic way and then log in.
On login, if there is no wallet connected, a modal opens for them to connect and have them connect the wallet.

We are trying to figure out how to manage the old user using only the plug and play modal, if there is a way to migrate users and have them use their proprietary wallet.

If not, if you have any helpful tips on management.
