How to recover / reset an account without backup phrase

Hello,

I endend up in a weird position: I loged using my gmail address 3 months ago and I both lost my recovery phrase (probably in the spam then removed automatically) and deleted my cookies… So when I tried to connect this is telling me “You’re on a new device give me one of this two factors to connect” but I have none of these…

How can I reset my Account ?

I tried to go on https://app.openlogin.com/ to connect to my account but even using the same gmail account they seems not connected at all…

@CamilleBzd You will not be able to recover your account without the backup phrase.

And there is no possible way to reset the account ? If the answer is no that means if you reset your web browser and lost your phrase your gmail account is simply totaly frozen ???

There is no way to reset the account .

Yes, that is correct, only your wallet account associated with your Gmail account will not be accessible. You should still be able to login to your Gmail account seperately to access your email.
