Infrequent - We are getting Torus chat window on login attempt

Hi Team,

We are using react native sdk for login into web3auth and sometimes we are getting stuck on openlogin, which would be prompted with a torus chat window. If we close the session and relogin, it works fine.
We would like to seek your help in understanding the real cause of this issue.

This is happening to us as well, this happens by chance probably 50% of the times on a fresh iOS install. We have seen this happening in multiple devices (iPhone 13, iPhone 14 Max, Iphone 11, iPad), and this is causing our app reviews to be denied by the AppStore.

If this goes on we will need to drop this dependency and rely on some other library, we really need your help here. Thanks.

Can you both share your implementation code for this error in new threads and tag me there please? If possible, share your console logs as well, in the test environment, when this error happens. This error is very generic and heppens generally when your verifier details are not matching up properly.
