   My existing service could not be customized to the web3auth phrase and loading screen that appear at the bottom of the web3auth connection screen,

   My existing service takes a lot of time to complete the connection when connecting to Web3auth.
   In the case of other services (UPTN Station), the web3auth wallet connection speed is faster than my service.

You’re using plug and play, our “hosted” solution that involves our UI. UPTN Station is using core kit. More here: Plug and Play vs Core Kit | Documentation

UPTN is using a custom network designed for Korea on our enterprise plan, I assume that you’re building from there. Would advise for you to swap to core kit and use sapphire, its speeds are much faster than the network you’re currently on.

In general swapping to Enterprise will allow us to provide you more customized support and advise you through development/launch. All networks are availble to you regardless except custom private networks
