Is it possible to change an email used for 2FA?

In our app, we allow users to change their email addresses. However, a scenario arises when a user initially registers with email A and uses it for Web3Auth login. Subsequently, if the user changes their email to B, the issue arises where the Web3Auth two-factor authentication (2FA) remains linked to the original email address A.
How can we address this problem?

Thanks for your patience. The only way to solve this issue is to use a proxy verifier. Like Auth0/Cognito.
