Yes, I have being asked to enter an existing one

I have tried the url “OpenLogin” according other post, And I set password, but this password did not fit the recovery password.

Unfortunately, due to security reasons and the fact that we are a self-custodial wallet, we won’t be able to assist in case the MFA gets misplaced. Since users fully control their keys, it’s important to ensure all recovery methods are kept secure.

if you don’t control keys then should have atleast access or help us with confirm other device or password reset options
