[Login-Stopping Bug] Users Suddenly Cannot Login

As of this morning we are noticing a bug blocking users from entering our platform entirely; the error screen suggests we have an insufficient subscription to use MFA whereas the sales page suggests otherwise. This is making it impossible to log into our platform.


For some background, all packages are on 7.2.0, I updated to 7.2.1 just now and the issue persists.

It appears that specifying mfaSettings for the OpenLogin adapter results in this error. Is it the case that Growth customers cannot specify mfaSettings? If so, why is this not specified anywhere?

Yes, this is a paid feature and the the minimum pricing plan to use this SDK in a production environment is the SCALE Plan .

We have updated our documentation to reflect this.

You can use the mfalevel parameter instead for Growth Plan:
