Thank you for your assistance. Does this mean there is hope of recovering my Plena wallet, and that it’s possible for the Plena team to resend my Recovery Factor? I have already reached out to the Plena support team and am currently waiting for their response. They also mentioned that wallet recovery could be possible since I used social login when creating my Plena wallet.
