As a part of our Transition to Sapphire Network Architecture, the Web3Auth Mainnet Network will undergo migration on 23rd July 2023. While we are making every effort to ensure maximum availability of our networks during this transition, please bear in mind that there may be degradation in certain regions.

Due to some internal restrictions, we had to reschedule the migration. All systems are functional and working as expected. We’ll update if there’s a migration ongoing during the next weekend.
Also, please bear in mind, although we’re migration the metadata, we’re not deleting the old network. This means, new key creation might be affected, however new users will be able to login as usual during the migration activity.
If the migration is successful, we’ll post an update accordingly.

Part one of the migration was successful. Rest of the migration is scheduled for next week. All services are functional.
What’s the status with the migration? When will the plug and play web3auth currently in mainnet be migrated to Sapphire?
What’s the status of the migration regarding PnP customers in mainnet? Are we already in Saphire?
The first phase of the migration has been done, we’re still working on the second phase. We’ll be updating everyone once the second phase is in progress. The downtime expectations will be updated as well once we are moving forward with the second phase of migrations.
