Hi Chris! Thanks for reaching out to us. From your message and the image provided, it seems like you’re dealing with a “New Device Detected” issue when attempting to log in. While it can be concerning, don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Since you can’t access the previously authorized device, you might need to reset your device list or go through a recovery process. Could you please confirm if you’re using Web3Auth’s default authentication process or a custom one? If it’s custom, knowing details like the verifier name or login method can be helpful.

This information could assist our support team in giving you a tailored guide on how to proceed. Let me know if there’s more you can share, or feel free to ask any questions!

Hey,

Can you please click on the Recovery Phrase option? You’ll find details on where the recovery phrase was originally sent. Try searching your email inbox for the subject “Your Web3Auth backup phrase”.

If you’re unable to find the email, unfortunately, as a non-custodial solution provider, we do not store or reset MFA credentials. There is no way to recover the account without the backup phrase. Let us know if you have any other questions.
