Node-sfa stack trace error

I am using node-sfa sdk to create a share at the backend. I am getting this error from the sdk.

{“code”:-32603,“data”:{“cause”:{“stack”:“Stack trace is not available.”,“message”:“Response has no error or result for request”,“code”:-32603}}}

This is happening randomly and when this happens users are not able to login and use our app. How should we handle this error. Please guide us.

It was an issue from the node service provider. They had an outage which apparently caused the issue. Thanks
