we alredy try to connect clients in the USA and they cant login

Can you please provide your Dapp URL and the console logs? Which platform are users facing the issue on ? What were the recent changes you made (if any)
the dapp URl: is www.iollin.io and the problem in in the desk computer login we already change de enviroment for new one and we pay the billing to try to fix this but dosent work

I suggest upgrading your SDK from Openlogin V3 to Openlogin V4 /Web3Auth V6 or higher(Web3Auth V7). This issue has been resolved in the latest version. We recommend the latest version V7 as V6 will sunset on 31 December 2023. More information in the announcment
