Continued errors with RN MFA flow issues found on discussion board:

Currently receiving inconsistent behavior when setting mfaLevel to mandatory/optional

  1. User is stuck on a blank page during login
  2. MFA flow is skipped altogether despite mfaLevel
  3. Request fails at email continue button
