Recovering deleted organization under SAME email

Hi everyone,

I added an organization called “Dema Labs” when I first signed up. I didn’t realize one cannot change email addresses. We needed to change email addresses; so I decided to delete the account by removing the only email address on the account. After reading the “warning” that came with this action (which indicated the action would delete the account and all settings and organizations), I thought “Great, then I can start fresh”!

Well, I then tried to sign up again; when I put in the organization name to be “Dema Labs”, the indication said it was already used & I cannot use it.

So to resolve this, I attempted the following
Created an account again using the SAME email as before (which I wanted to change)
Used a dummy org name
My goal was to go in & see the prior org “Dema Labs” & delete it (assuming I could).

Well, I couldn’t find the “Dema Labs” organization under the same email account.

Does anyone know how to resolve this situation?
Why is this necessary?
The name of the org appears during verification.

To which email have you been communicating? It is always advised to create a thread on the community forum if you need assistance with such issues.

I will check with our Dev team regarding this and get back.

Well, I then tried to sign up again; when I put in the organization name to be “Dema Labs”, the indication said it was already used & I cannot use it.
This issue should be resolved now. You can use the organization name Dema Labs after deleting it.
