Hi, we are getting this error from time to time. We cannot provide error logs, it is happening in end devices. Why is this happening?

Is this your production app? If it is, I’m curious as to why it’s currently on the testnet instead of one of our mainnet networks.
And, there could be many reasons for this, such as network congestion or slow internet on the user’s end. Could you please provide additional information regarding the errors? Specifically, what type of login is experiencing issues? From where is the end user attempting to log in? Additionally, can you specify which devices are being used?
