Trouble when login in new device

I encountered a scenario where a user successfully logged in via social media on device A and was able to save inputShareFromWebStorage (detect device). Unfortunately, they did not set a security question during this process.

Now, the challenge arises when the user tries to log in from device B. I have not found a way for the user to pass the 2 out of 3 verification factors since they did not set up a security question previously

If you don’t set a password or security question on device A, only two shares will be created: (device share, social login share)

The next time you try to log in from device B, you’ll need two shares. The required shares are device A share and social login share. You can export the device A share and import it to device B, but a better way is to create a recovery share (like a security question share) and use it to recover.
