Unable to buy growth plan

Hi,

Unable to buy growth plan. Currently i am using personal dashboard and all the configuration is done using this dashboard.

If now i try to buy growth it asks me to create team Dashboard. If i create it than all my existing configuration are not shown in team dashboard.

So still if i continue by creating new team and add billing details. Will i have to do all the configurations from scratch?

Or is there any other way to user growth plan with my existing dashboard.

Note: I already tried subscribing with Debit and credit card but it gives me error as subscription intent failed.

Hi there,

When you create a team dashboard, you will not have to redo your configurations from scratch. Once you’ve set up the team dashboard, you can move all your existing configurations from your personal dashboard to the team dashboard.

Please note that only team dashboards can subscribe to our pricing plans, including the Growth plan. This is why you are prompted to create a team dashboard when you try to upgrade.
