all of a sudden for a certain email this error is being displayed?

Can you share the console logs from the error page please?

@community2 The error would be in red on the console when you get the “Unable to detect…” message on screen. Could you please provide the screenshot of that?

So, the screenshot that I shared here, has a red error sign, from there I get the following error message
