Unable to downgrade my subscription

Hi. i am unable to downgrade or remove my card details from the billing

You’ll need to send an email to billing@tor.us with your request and the registered dashboard account that you want to downgrade. Additionally, I will also let our billing team know that you have requested for a downgrade.

On the first day of each month, an invoice is issued that includes the subscription fee for the forthcoming month and the cumulative number of MAWs from the last month.

Note that we don’t provide prorated refunds for downgrades or cancellations, for example, if you downgrade or cancel before the end of your billing period, you still pay for the remainder of the billing period and you will continue to receive the service.

Any downgrade request during the month - the downgrade would be applicable from following month invoice.
