Unable to upgrade web3auth plan

We need a scale plan while using the web3auth free plan, so we want to pay for the plan and upgrade it.
However, if you click [choose plan] to enter, it will continue to load indefinitely and you will not be able to pay for it.

Please tell me why this bug is happening

To choose the plan, you need assign a team to it, if not create a team in your dashboard. Have you tried using a different browser? In the meantime, I will report this issue to our team and get back to you at the earliest.

It happens upon clicking the choose plan button? Not when loading page? Does a modal not show up when clicking the button?

Yes, we already have a team called konnect, and when you click the button, no modal appears and loads indefinitely.

It’s still loading and we can’t use the plan. Did the web3auth development team check this problem?

Do you have any console or network logs that you could share?

@tech1 you are the owner of the team yes? If so I’m not sure why in the second screenshot I do not see a “Billing” tab on the left sidebar. How did you access the billing page without that?

Does clicking on the choose plan button trigger a page refresh?
And also what browser and what device are you using (mobile or desktop)?

I’m the owner of the team.
You can see the Billing tab, and sometimes you can’t see the tab when you click to access it.

When clicked, it does not refresh, and it is continuing to load indefinitely.

The device you use is a PC, and your browser uses Chrome.

@tech1 Can you please click on the Console tab instead of the Elements tab and share the screenshot when the screen is loading ?

Could you try a different browser? Do you have any extensions that might be interfering?

It’s weird that in the second screenshot I saw that the billing item was missing from the left navbar and now in the latest screenshots you do have it. But you also mentioned that it sometimes disappears from the left navbar? Or do u mean that when you click on it the content sometimes doesn’t show up and instead shows the infinite loader that you’re talking about.

Is it possible that you invite a member to the team and set them with billing role and let them do the subscribing?

Can you also paste the URL that you are accessing?

Ideally a screen recording would be most helpful.
