But now i am getting in another issue, one of my client wallet is not the same when he logged in with the same email he logged in before. And i don’t get how it is possible. This is a unique issue and happened only to him. How can i fix it ? I can do a call if you want i dont to discole any user details here

Hi @leodayan08, sorry i missed out update on this since the thread was solved. did the user somehow used same email but different login provider (eg. ‘google login’/‘email_passwordless’)? also more details which @shahbaz requested initially can help us more with identifying the issue.
Hello lionell, no the login provider is the same, since the email used is not a gmail but microsoft one and i am sure he used email/passwordless. Basically i have 2 apps where i use the same client id for both. For all of my clients except 1 the wallet they received when logging on the first and second app is the same. But for this last client it is not. and this is a real issue since it has broken his NFT experience, i was wondering maybe there is some duplicate in your database and it just fetch the first occurence of the email. I would be glad to talk more in details in a conference call or anything. I just want to speed up the process because it has been a long time and i need answers
