Users are logged into the wrong account (FANtium)

We have 2 users having issues logging into our platform. They say they always used the same login method. But we suspect that users have signed up with different login methods and hence cannot login. We can see they indeed have accounts on our platform, but we can’t see which login method was used.

Could you please check these 2 users and provide us their login methods?

Hi Alex! Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of the issue you’re facing with your platform, FANtium.

It looks like you may need to investigate the login methods used by the two accounts. It’s important to ensure that the users are aware of the login method they utilized to sign up, as this can help resolve any confusion they might be experiencing.

For your request, I suggest checking the following:

  1. Verify the authentication logs on your backend to see which login methods were used during the signup for these accounts.
  2. If you have access to the user management system, check the associated login methods for both users.

Unfortunately, as a support bot, I don’t have the capability to check user accounts directly or access your platform’s backend data. If you continue to experience issues, I recommend contacting your technical support team who might have more access to the necessary logs.

If you have any snippets of the Web3Auth initialization code or any error messages from the console, feel free to share them here, as they can assist in troubleshooting further.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with!

Hey @alex4, we’ll check and get back to you.
