Users are logged into the wrong account on platform

We have a user logging into our platform, but getting logged into the wrong account. They say they always used the same login method. But we suspect that the user have signed up twice with different login methods and hence he have different accounts. We can see he indeed have
multiple accounts with the same email, but we can’t see which login method was used. And we have no control over where they’re logged in.

Could you please check these users and provide us their login methods?

Hello Christian!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the login issues on your platform, FANtium. It’s great to see you engaged with our SDK.

Here’s a summary of the issue for the support team:

  • SDK Details: Plug n Play
  • Issue: Users are logged into the wrong account.
  • User Accounts:
  • Dapp URL: app.fantium.com

Regarding your concern about tracking which login methods were used, it’s often helpful to examine the authentication events or logs for the users in question. Unfortunately, I cannot directly access user information or login methods, but you may consider adding logging on your back end to record the login method associated with each account to prevent this issue in the future.

If you have any specific code snippets or error logs that can provide more context, feel free to share. Otherwise, our support team will look into this and get back to you on your request.

Thanks for your understanding, and let me know if you have any further questions!
