Hello Web3Auth Support Team,

We are experiencing a recurring issue with our user authentication process through Web3Auth. Below are the details of the problem:

Error Details:

  • Error Message: Unable to resolve enough promises.

    • Repeated errors: “Failed to fetch”
    • Predicate Error: Invalid result from nodes, threshold number of public key results are not matching.
    • Number of Responses: 5
    • Response Content: [null, null, null, null, null]

The issue arises intermittently across all authentication methods and appears to be influenced by geographic location.

  1. Are there specific regions where Web3Auth services are explicitly unavailable?
  2. What is the recommended method for tracking such failures?

Can you please share the Web3Auth related code snippet and also which Web3Auth network(sapphire_mainnet, sapphire_devnet etc) the project belongs to?
