Xana - UI/UX Showcase by Web3Auth team

About Xana

Xana is an AI-driven metaverse and socialfi app that brings an immersive experience with avatars and enables earning crypto rewards through NFT games.

  • Accessible to Everyone
Anyone can access Xana metaverse without needing to download an app. Unlike games and applications with heavy system requirements, their users can immediately immerse themselves into its virtual space by simply authenticating their email.

  • User Content Driven
XanaBuilder enables its users to create their own worlds and share it with other players. Its universe expands to the imagination of everyone in the platform, freely making these shared experiences and social interactions shape the user’s virtual reality.

  • Alternate World with Real-Life Earnings
There are many opportunities for players to profit in the Xana metaverse, mainly through playing and building. The rewards are distributed in a self-custodial wallet that was created from the background after the user authenticates with an email passwordless sign up.

Xana’s Integration with Web3Auth

Xana initially opted for Web3Auth’s Plug-and-Play Modal SDK to enable their users to create an account and login to the app by just entering their email address. With this SDK, they get a pre-configured modal UI that allows them to test Web3Auth right out of the box.

Many of Xana’s target users do not have a crypto wallet yet. Authenticating through Web3Auth’s email passwordless flow gives the users an easy and familiar way to onboard in Xana without dealing with the nuances of keeping seedphrases or even passwords.

Issue Encountered: Double login modal

Xana has encountered an issue with email login: a redundant modal appears to ask the user’s email address again after they have already entered it in the first login modal.

Recommendations

We recommend using the no-modal SDK for the email passwordless login to fix the double prompting issue. They can also change the default system setting to light mode so that it blends better with the company’s visual branding.
