I am unable to login to the web3 auth dashboard. This post describes the exact issue I am facing. I’ve never received the recovery codes and do not have access to the alternative device. I have used social login to sign up to the platform.
Can you please share the exact screens you see when prompted to enter the recovery codes? Additionally, could you provide the version and name of the SDK you’re using?
Can you please confirm if you mean that you set your Google login as one of the backup factors when you enabled 2FA? If so, can you also confirm if this is happening for the same primary email and the same type of login you used to set up 2FA?

I do not recall it exactly, only that I used google login as my SSO, and I do not recall anything else. The pending invoices are coming to my email, which needs to be resolved. But I am unable to sign in to the dashboard
