If you are building your Dapp using Production environments like Cyan, Aqua, Mainnet, Sapphire Mainnet, you need to be on a Paid Plan like Growth, Scale or Enterprise to gain access to features like Whitelable, Custom Authentication. You can read more here
The Base plan only allows you to use test environments i.e. Testnet, Sapphite Devnet . You can use features like Whitelabel, Custom Authentication, MFA,etc. on these environments alone when using a Base Plan.
In conclusion, you need to upgrade your plan from Base to a minimum Growth plan for your Dapp to be production ready.
