Hello team I need help with keys

My wallet was the casper.tor. when I began using this casper signer with web3auth software, I recorded everything my 2 keys (one say public key & the other say hash key) and a recovery phrase was sent to me. I recently had to migrate to the casper wallet via torus/ import. A new wallet generated but I have a balance zero and my public key was not attached from my old wallet. I don’t know whats going on. I even imported my PEM key and still nothing! So at this point I am very confused. I need help asap please. I am reading that my private key can be reconstructed. If so is there a video or someone I can talk to from this support team.
